Jasper James is a member of the DUMBA Queer Performing Arts collective whom I met on the set of John Cameron Mitchell's movie Shortbus in the spring of 2005. I interviewed her a month later at DUMBA, which is in DUMBO, which as everybody knows is down under the Manhattan Bridge overpass.
